By booking to hire Full of Fun for your exclusive use you agree to the following:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Our venue hires are in high demand. If you need to postpone your party you must give more than 21 days notice in order to guarantee your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
You may bring alcohol. You are expected to ensure your guests drink responsibly and remember it is a children’s party. If you wish to use glasses, please ensure these are plastic for safety reasons. Strictly no food or drink of any kind allowed on the play equipment.
You and your guests must vacate the venue by your finishing time.
We do not allow scatters or party poppers in the venue.
The $999 fee for a 3 hour Serviced Party includes $100 value in drinks and 5 platters of food from our normal platters menu. Additional food and drinks can be ordered at an additional cost.
Our staff will serve plattered food only. We do not plate the children's food. We do not serve bainmarie or other plated food.
You may bring in outside catering and drinks. You are welcome to order balloon and party products from us, you may also purchase them elsewhere. If tableware and decorations are being purchased elsewhere, we need them delivered to us at least the day prior to your party. If any decorations require construction, please ensure these are setup before delivering them to us. Please note we do not put up streamers or ceiling hangers .
If you are bringing extra food, it must be ready to serve, due to health regulations we only handle and serve the food that we prepare. You need to bring everything required to serve and eat any food you bring in. This environment is best suited to finger food, if you choose to have a sit-down meal you will need to bring cutlery, crockery and utensils. You will need to take them home to wash.
You need to bring your own cooling/eskies for any drinks you bring in.

The $500 fee is for a duration of 3 hours and gives you exclusive access to the play areas, party rooms, café seating and toilets.
You may use all of our tables and chairs.
You will not have access to the kitchens. No-one is permitted into our kitchens under any circumstance. We will not heat food or keep it warm, due to health regulations we can not handle food that was prepared off the premises. You will not have access to fridges or heating facilities. You need to bring cooling/eskies for your drinks. All of your food must be brought in ready to serve.
Bring everything that you will need including cups, plates, crockery, serving utensils, napkins etc.
Everything that you bring in must be taken away with you and can not be left for collection at a later time.
No staff will be available to assist you and please do not ask to hire our staff. One manager will be present for the duration of your party to let you in and lock up after you leave.
You and your guests must vacate the venue by your finishing time. If you require a later finishing time it needs to be booked in advance (latest 10pm), we can not guarantee that you will be able to extend the hire time on the night as this will depend on whether the manager on duty is able to stay.
Only your birthday cake can be put in the fridge if required, please give the cake to the manager on duty.
All of your loading in and out needs to be done within the time you have hired the venue for. You will not be able to arrive early to set up as the venue will still be open to the public.
Do not move our café tables. You may move the party tables.
Do not stack the chairs at the end of the night, our staff will clean them before stacking them.
This is an owner operated small business. All bookings, agreements and arrangements are subject to change at the discretion of the owner without notice. Bookings may be refused at the owners discretion.
